General Terms and Conditions – Digestion Chew for Dogs

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers ("you") through the website chewswisely.ch with

("we", "Limmat Labs"). We sell only to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products on our website is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. When you submit your order, you make a binding offer to buy the selected products. The purchase contract comes into effect as soon as we accept your order, either by a confirmation by e-mail or by dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax, plus any shipping costs, which are shown before you complete the order.

Payment is possible by:

Credit card
TWINT

For credit card and TWINT payments, the invoice amount is charged at the time of the order or of the dispatch.

4. Delivery

We deliver only to addresses within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually [insert delivery time, e.g. 2–4 working days] from conclusion of the contract, if the ordered goods are available. If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as quickly as possible.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Limmat Labs GmbH until they are paid in full.

6. Returns and exchanges

Our products are foodstuffs (dog food and dog treats). For reasons of hygiene and product safety, we can therefore only take back goods that are undamaged and in their original, sealed packaging. If a delivery is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at admin@limmat-labs.ch within [insert period, e.g. 14 days] of receipt; we will arrange a replacement, a refund or a credit note.

Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal comparable to EU law; the above arrangement is voluntary.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 et seq. CO) applies. Defects must be reported to us in writing immediately after discovery.

8. Liability

We are liable under the statutory provisions for damage caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on our part. For slight negligence we are liable only where the law requires it. Liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded as far as the law permits.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these GTC at any time. The version published on the website at the time of the order applies.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). As far as the law permits, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Limmat Labs GmbH.
