Data Deletion
This page explains how you can request the deletion of the data that Limmat Labs GmbH holds about you through chewswisely.ch, including data collected through connected social media and advertising services (for example Facebook or Instagram lead forms).
1. Who is responsible?

2. Which data can be deleted?
All personal data we have collected about you — for example in connection with contact enquiries, newsletter sign-ups, social media advertising forms (such as Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads) or an order — unless a statutory retention obligation prevents deletion (see section 9 of our Privacy Notice).
3. How do you request deletion?
- Send an e-mail: Write to admin@limmat-labs.ch with the subject "Deletion of my data".
- Give us these details: your name and the e-mail address or telephone number you used to interact with us (for example through a Facebook or Instagram form), and if possible the date of the last interaction.
- Confirmation of receipt: We confirm receipt of your request within 5 working days and verify your identity, to prevent misuse.
- Deletion: After a successful check, we delete your data within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations (for example accounting or current contracts) prevent it. We will tell you about any data we cannot delete completely.
4. Data from Facebook or Instagram advertising forms
If you contacted us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, you can also request the deletion of that data at the contact address above. In addition, you can manage at any time, in your own Facebook or Instagram account settings, which apps have access to your data, and you can withdraw that access.
